I would agree that making someone else happy, makes me happy as well. I can be very compassionate and caring. When I see someone that’s sad or unhappy, except my sister, I try to make them feel better. A good example of this didn’t happen too long ago. During soccer practice, a friend of mine was benched for bad behavior and was not allowed to play with us. I felt really bad for him because he loves soccer. After our water ended, I told my friend that I will try to convince the coach to let him play. My friend said the coach wouldn’t do it, but I tried anyway. After a little conversation, the coach called my friend off the bench and my friend was very ecstatic about being able to finally play. That made me feel very happy inside and we both played a good game. As Mark Twain once said, “The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer somebody else up”, and I agree with that statement 100%.
